Sourwood Weekend Guide

The Sourwood Festival is held the 2nd weekend of August every year in Black Mountain, NC.  This year's festival is August 10th and 11th. Admission is free, and the festival runs from 10-6pm on Saturday and 10-5pm on Sunday in the downtown area. You can look forward to shopping for handmade jewelry, local artwork, homemade jams and jellies, honeybee products, live bees and education, totem pole carving and so much more.

Breathe in the many health benefits of nature as you hike more mindfully with your local mind+body+spirit guide.

Combines the best & closest waterfalls to Asheville, NC with a unique tour experience you won’t find anywhere else! Refresh you spirit as you plunge your feel into a cool shallow pool at the base of the majestic 100’ waterfall!

We'll provide your mats, yoga+meditation+hiking tour with history about the trail & surrounding area! Your guide will also take pictures throughout the entire experience later to be emailed to you.
