Unplug (to recharge) and join together for a 1-hour respite from routine and daily stress of modern life in a non-sectarian, peaceful, and joyful atmosphere. Discover sound healing for yourself or introduce others to its many benefits, from improved mood, clear mind, grounding/mindfulness and meditation, reduced pain, better sleep, be present, and more. Everyone is welcome (donations appreciated). If 10 minutes of sound meditation (recordings) can reduce stress by 50%, just imagine what this relaxing experience in a contemplative, acoustic, and beautiful space might do.
