The festival will be packed with live entertainment from dancers, musicians, historical storytelling, various vendors and tables, ethnic food and Gaelic Colouring books for Kids. The event is open to the public and offers free admission.

The cultural festival will create awareness and promote the many contributions the Celtic peoples have made to celebrate, share, connect with and support what our province is today. The promotion of the festival will bring awareness to the importance of our Celtic heritage, languages and how aspects of Celtic culture are integrated into the many cultures within our region.

The festival will celebrate the rich song, music, dance, heritage, culture and language of the Celtic people of Nova Scotia.

The Halifax Celtic Cultural Festival

The 2025 Halifax Celtic Cultural Festival is organized by the Celtic Cultural Society of Nova Scotia, and will take place on May 21 through 25, 2015 at the Spatz Theatre, Citadel High Complex.
