ATLANTA, GA (JUNE 28, 2022) – Taqueria del Sol and Fox Bros. Bar-B-Q, are thrilled to announce the return of their beloved Foxeria del Sol Hatch Chile Fest on Sunday, August 21 from 2—6 pm. One of the city’s favorite food and beverage events, the Foxeria del Sol Hatch Chile Fest will move to a new location at The Works this year, just outside Fox Bros. Bar-B-Q’s latest restaurant located at 204 Chattahoochee Row NW. 

The one-day, block party style festival celebrates the annual harvest of fresh Chiles from Hatch, New Mexico with inspired dishes like Chile Rellenos, Green Chile Cheeseburgers, Chile Relleno Sausage and Green Chile Frito Pies. Joining this year’s festivities are Scofflaw Brewing, who will be on hand to keep the beer flowing, signature margaritas from Taqueria del Sol, frozen drinks from the Fox Bros. team as well as live music from local favorite, Moontower. All proceeds from Foxeria del Sol will benefit Hogs for the Cause, a leading nonprofit organization that issues cost of living grants to families with children suffering from pediatric brain cancer in the United States. Both restaurants have a longstanding relationship with the Hogs for the Cause organization and raise funds throughout the year.

Guests can now purchase tickets which include a limited number of VIP ($100) for early entry into the festival beginning at 2 pm, access to a private patio space, (5) drink tickets, dedicated food stations, and ample air conditioning inside at Fox Bros. Bar-B-Q. General admission ($50) begins at 3 pm and includes festival entry and unlimited access to food stations. Guests can purchase a package of five drink tickets in advance for $35. Day-of drink tickets will be sold for $8 each. Children 8 years of age and younger are free. To purchase tickets, please follow the link HERE. One hundred percent of ticket sales will go directly to Hogs for the Cause and will be distributed to families in Atlanta and the North Georgia market via a partnership with Children’s Healthcare of Atlanta.
