The Alliance on Aging Ombudsman Program is hosting an open house. Come and learn more about what the Long-Term Care Ombudsman program does.

We are currently recruiting volunteers for our upcoming training that will begin on May 19.

As an Ombudsman volunteer you will:

✔ Visit local care facilities

✔ Listen to residents’ concerns

✔ Advocate for fair treatment

✔ Work with facility staff to resolve issues

✔ Receive full training and support
