Flow & Glow; Yoga on the Beach
Carmel River State Beach
Sun, Jul 13 9:00am - 10:30am
Join us for a nourishing 90-minute practice on the sand—an invitation to connect deeply with yourself and the elements. We’ll begin with an elemental guided breath meditation to help you land in the present moment, attune to the natural rhythms around you, and root into a sense of groundedness.
From there, we’ll flow into a gentle, accessible yoga practice open to all levels. This is not about “getting it right”—it’s about listening in. You’ll be guided to move in a way that honors your body’s inner rhythm, tuning into sensation, breath, and the felt sense of your practice.
Being outside, barefoot on the sand, adds an element of play and exploration. The uneven ground becomes part of the experience—inviting balance, strength, and fluidity in a way that’s both grounding and freeing.
Come as you are. No experience necessary—just a willingness to feel, explore, and breathe with the ocean.
