Newport Dunes Waterfront Resort, in collaboration with Beyond Blindness and the OC Sheriff's Department, is excited to announce the return of the Beyond Blindness Beeper Egg Hunt on Saturday, April 12, from 9 a.m. to 12 p.m. This cherished event exemplifies the mission of Beyond Blindness, an Orange County-based nonprofit dedicated to empowering children with visual impairments and other disabilities to reach their fullest potential. The Beeper Egg Hunt provides an inclusive and sensory-friendly Easter celebration for children of all abilities.

In addition to the egg hunt, the OC Sheriff’s Department Bomb Squad and their dogs will be on-site to engage with the children, providing them with a valuable sensory experience. Community and corporate volunteers will assist the children during the event, ensuring that every participant enjoys a fun and safe celebration. Following the hunt, a beachfront picnic lunch will be provided for families, staff, and volunteers, with a special appearance by the Easter Bunny for photos and festivities.
