St Pierre, America’s favorite brioche brand, is bringing a taste of French culinary magic to the Southern California coast. The brand’s Parisian pop-up will treat Los Angeles County to a free summer celebration complete with elevated bites served on buttery, golden brioche and plenty of French-inspired fun.

Following a successful Texas stop last year, the brand’s bright-orange food truck is pulling up to 2nd & PCH in Long Beach, serving up complimentary treats and encouraging visitors to enjoy lawn games, competitions and Instagram-worthy moments, with no ticket required!

This Long Beach stop celebrates the launch of St Pierre’s first-ever U.S. above-the-line campaign, Eat Avec Respect, which pairs French flair and playful satire to highlight the brand’s quality credentials, authentic ingredients, and fast-growing presence with regional retailers including Costco, Ralphs, Smart & Final, Vons, Albertsons, and Pavilions.
