Alicia “Ace” Easter, Reiki Master Practitioner, certified yoga/meditation instructor, and retreat founder leads this one-day retreat for mothers, those who long to be a mother, those who have lost a mother or is healing their relationship with their mother.

The day includes yoga, journaling, breathwork, sound bath, healing stations including massage and tarot, light breakfast, lunch and dinner. Plus attendees with receive Comfort Cubs, donated to every attendee – weighted, therapeutic bears clinically shown to ease grief and emotional trauma, including Broken Heart Syndrome.
