FULL DESCRIPTION

Bunka Sai is a Japanese Cultural Festival and Torrance Sister City Association (TSCA)'s big fundraiser for their summer Student Exchange Program. This year's event will take place April 5-6 with authentic performances including (but not limited to): traditional dance, music, tea ceremony, calligraphy, flower arranging, martial arts, taiko, origami, story reading, kimono dressing, and more!
