Chef Fabio Ugoletti and his culinary team offer a gourmet Easter Brunch at mar’sel with breathtaking ocean views. The Forbes Travel Guide Four-Star and Wine Spectator Award of Excellence restaurant showcases chef-driven California cuisine with inventive twists, featuring locally sourced ingredients from Terranea’s garden and the surrounding Palos Verdes Peninsula. Guests can enjoy their meal in the elegant dining room or on the scenic oceanfront terrace. The three-course menu begins with an amuse bouche of quail egg shakshuka followed by first-course options such as Smoked Salmon Carpaccio, Lobster Potage, Green and White Asparagus with Jamón Ibérico, Seared Ahi Tuna Caesar or Diver Scallop on avocado toast. Main courses include California Lamb Ragù with black truffle, Seafood Spaghetti, Wagyu Steak with hash browns, Cotoletta Bolognese or Seared Halibut with green hummus and spring peas. Desserts tempt with White Chocolate Mousse, Chocolate Dulcey Pot De Crème, Sfogliatelle with ricotta and coffee sauce, Hazelnut Macaron with calamansi curd or Biancomangiare with almond cinnamon pudding and cherry sorbet.
