The annual Easter Brunch at Terranea Resort, held in the elegant Palos Verdes Grand Ballroom, is a cherished tradition for families and friends and a memorable experience for first-time guests. The resort’s culinary team presents a lavish selection of traditional favorites and seasonal specialties. The brunch begins with a market fruit display and a salad bar featuring Heirloom Tomato Caprese, Snap Pea and Carrot salad and Mushroom and Asparagus salad. A chilled seafood selection offers jumbo shrimp, snow crab, live oyster shucking, octopus salad and smoked salmon alongside a sushi display and a charcuterie and cheese grazing table. Guests can enjoy made-to-order omelets and a kid-friendly buffet with pasta, chicken tenders, cinnamon raisin French toast and red velvet pancakes. Stations include Asian-inspired dishes such as Crispy Tofu Tao Si, Char Siu-Style Pork, Wok-Fried Rice and Dim Sum as well as a pasta and risotto action station. The carving station features Grass-Fed Leg of Lamb, Dijon-Glazed Ham and Prime Rib, complemented by seasonal sides like Lemon-Roasted Potatoes, Grilled Asparagus and Harissa-Roasted Baby Carrots. The grand dessert display is set in a whimsical garden scene with colorful bunnies and a pastel Easter egg chocolate showpiece. Sweet treats include hot cross buns, chocolate crepes, strawberry matcha roulade, lemon raspberry chiffon pie and more.
