With oceanfront views and delectable inventive California cuisine, Chef Fabio Ugoletti and his culinary team have created a memorably romantic dinner – to be elegantly served at Terranea’s signature Forbes Four Star mar’sel. 

Guests start with an Amuse Bouche of Oysters & Pomegranate. Appetizer choices include Uni Caesar Salad with Santa Barbara uni, little gem, croutons, sungold tomato and sea urchin dressing; Cauliflower & White Chocolate Soup with forest mushrooms, black truffle and hazelnuts; Smoked Salmon & Swordfish Carpaccio with olives, orange sea beans, roe and a fennel citronette or Beef Tartare & Caviar with quail egg, vanilla potato coulis, fava beans and marinated egg yolk. Entrée options are Poached Half Lobster served with basil infused risotto and asparagus tips; NY 14-Day Dry-aged Flannery Beef Steak with confit artichoke, Tuscan beans and red wine reduction; Monk Fish prepared with saffron seafood fregula, kale and prawns; and Lamb Loin in Truffle Crust with potato fondant, stuffed cone cabbage and truffle jus. A pre-dessert of Cucumber & Mint Sorbet and choice of heavenly desserts are Chocolate Framboise with chocolate cake, raspberry mousse and Chantilly; Passion Fruit & Mango “Panna Cotta” with toasted coconut and strawberry veil; Pot de Crème with caramel pudding, dark chocolate ganache and sea salt shortbread; or Macarons composed of plant based toasted marshmallow, lemon curd and graham cracker.
