This highly anticipated tradition is known as Southern California's largest beachside arts and crafts festival. 

A free shuttle will run from 10 a.m. to 10 p.m. from Northrop Grumman Lot. And a bicycle valet will run from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. daily.
