An intimate three-course Mother’s Day Brunch created by Chef Fabio Ugoletti is served at Terranea’s Forbes Four Star signature restaurant mar’sel – helmed by award-winning Ugoletti. The starring women at this three-course elegant repast will savor Corn Gazpacho with sea urchin, tomato, cucumber, avocado, crab, green onion and tarragon. Then Lobster Agnolotti with green and white asparagus, peas coulis, sungold tomato, blossoms and mint is served. The grand finale delights guests with its Strawberry & Champagne Mousse accompanied by fresh berries and toasted meringue.
