007 has been rocking steady in New Orleans since 2000. The brainchild of G Love and Special Sauce drummer Jeffrey "Houseman" Clemens, 007 is a forum for playing great

Jamaican music from the 60's by such artists as Desmond Dekker, Bob Marley and Toots Hibbert (Toots and the Maytals). 007's members also play in some of the area's best bands. Bassist Joe Cabral fronts The Iguanas on Bajo Sexto and tenor saxophone.

Composer and guitarist Jonathan Freilich founded the New Orleans Klezmer All-Stars and plays guitar in many styles from jazz to folk. Alex McMurray plays guitar and sings

with Tin Men and the Happy Talk Band. Infectious dance grooves combined with three part harmony singing and brilliant guitar improvisation are the hallmarks of this New Orleans Party Institution. They have released three records, most recently "The Return Of Ben Downlow" in 2024.
