Sara Michaels and Sharon Sable perform an evening of beloved songs, reimagining and celebrating the Carole King and The Beatles songbooks. The band includes greater Philadelphia area's all star musicians : E. Shawn Qaissaunee (guitarist), Jason Fraticelli (bass), Matt Scarano (drums), and Victor North (saxophone)
Sharon Sable is an award winning vocalist whose musical journey has taken her from recording with international pop stars as a teenager, to performing regularly with the region’s finest jazz musicians. Her repertoire is varied and includes timeless music from the 20th century. Sharon is an in-demand vocalist, known for a presence and delivery that demonstrates exquisite vocal prowess. Her “mesmerizing” and “exquisite” new album, “Once Upon a Summertime”, with pianist Joe Holt, was released in April ’23 and is receiving critical acclaim.

Sara Michaels is both a singer and a storyteller. In 2023, Sara released her first album of nine original songs entitled, “Chapter One: Full Circle”. This profoundly moving record represents two sides of Sara’s music – Jazz/Blues and Spiritual/Faith. Going beyond the stage and the recording studio, Sara has produced various jazz series and concert events including, “Bill Withers: Reimagined”. She was recently featured on WHYY’s arts program “The More You Know” as a vocalist at the renowned Andrea Clearfield “Zalon” in Philadelphia.
