She'll be available to answer questions Friday, May 9 from 3 to 5 pm.nnLisa Williams has worked in the environmental field for many years and converted her yard in Black Mountain into a thriving ecosystem, primarily by removing grass and replacing it with native plants. Over the past six years, she has become familiar with many species that are native to the NC mountains, and she grows a lot of them from seed. She is eager to help other folks restore landscapes to native habitat for wildlife.nnPlants for Wildlife connects local nurseries with retailers to make it easier for shoppers to find native plants.
